Terms of Engagement

Please read and acknowledge the following terms:

1. Must have been in operation for at least six months.

2. Must have a well stocked outlet with most/all basic commodities.

3. Pricing of commodities should be fair and normal not exorbitant.

4. Only the products of the said outlet that are displayed on our website will be purchased by our clients.

5. The organization will not charge on display of products on our website.

6. Any payments will be made through till/paybill of the business/store and a code issued to the outlet that matches the one issued to the client which they will use to redeem their purchases.

7. An agent will always be available for streamlining of operations between the store, the organization and the client.

Terms and Conditions Agreement

The terms and conditions together with the application letter constitute an agreement between Slimmapp Global and the Outlet and contains complete terms and conditions that apply to Outlets participating in Slimmapp Global. This agreement supersedes any other agreement entered into between the Outlet and Slimmapp Global in relations to supply, distribution and provision of services to the satisfaction of Slimmapp Global clients and the Organization's.

By executing this document the Proprietor/Partners agree that they are affirmatively stating that they have carefully read and understood the Terms and Conditions set forth herein and agree to be bound by the said terms and conditions.
